After your baby is born, sadness, anger, fear, guilt, lack of interest in baby, sleep/appetite disruption, scary thoughts, and symptoms of OCD, panic, and PTSD can all occur. Every culture, age, income, and ethnicity are at riskāand 10% of dads too. If it lasts more than 2 weeks, it's not baby blues. We'll use education, peer support, and discussion to help you find yourself again. With support, you can take back control and be well again. In-person once a month at DAL. Free and open to all.
